NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on March 10, 2021 the Town Board of the Town of Warrensburg, Warren County, New York, adopted a Resolution that is subject to permissive referendum pursuant to New York State Town Law Section 64(2) and Article 7. An abstract of the Resolution is as follows:
The Resolution authorizes the sale of 47 River Street to Fortunato Papaleo per a Contract dated February 23, 2021 and authorizes the Town Supervisor, Town Clerk, and Town Counsel to take any and all actions necessary to effect this Resolution.
Full copies of the Resolution described above are available for inspection in the office of the Warrensburg Town Clerk and can be examined by any Town elector during normal business hours.
